Terms of Service

By using BRIDGE's websites, applications, or related services ("Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

  1. Use of Service

    BRIDGE provides tools for mixed reality packaging experiences. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.

  2. Accounts

    You must be of legal age or have consent to create an account. You are responsible for all activity under your credentials.

  3. Content

    You retain ownership of your content but grant BRIDGE a license to host and process it to provide the Service. You must have all rights and consents for any content you upload.

  4. Acceptable Use

    You may not misuse the Service, upload harmful content, infringe rights, violate laws, or attempt to interfere with security or billing systems.

  5. Safety

    You are responsible for ensuring experiences are safe and include appropriate warnings. BRIDGE makes no safety guarantees.

  6. Third-Party Services

    The Service may rely on or link to third-party offerings governed by their own terms. BRIDGE is not responsible for third-party actions.

  7. Fees and Renewals

    Paid plans require timely payment of fees and taxes. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date.

  8. Intellectual Property

    BRIDGE owns all Service-related IP. You retain ownership of your content. Feedback may be used by BRIDGE freely.

  9. Confidentiality

    Both parties must protect non-public information and only share it when necessary and lawfully permitted.

  10. Security and Privacy

    BRIDGE uses reasonable safeguards. You must protect your account and comply with our Privacy Policy.

  11. Termination

    You may stop using the Service at any time. BRIDGE may suspend or terminate access for violations or non-payment.

  12. Disclaimers

    The Service is provided "as is." BRIDGE disclaims all warranties, including merchantability, fitness for purpose, and non-infringement.

  13. Limitation of Liability

    BRIDGE's total liability will not exceed the amount you paid in the past 12 months (or $100 if none). BRIDGE is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

  14. Indemnification

    You will indemnify BRIDGE against claims arising from your content, misuse, or products.

  15. Dispute Resolution

    Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration under AAA rules in Denver, Colorado, unless you opt out within 30 days. No class actions are permitted.

  16. Governing Law

    These Terms are governed by Colorado law. Courts in Denver County have exclusive jurisdiction for non-arbitrable disputes.

  17. Changes

    We may update these Terms. Continued use of the Service means acceptance of the updated version.

  18. Notices

    We may contact you via email or within the Service. Legal notices to BRIDGE must be sent to the address listed on our website.

  19. Assignment

    You may not transfer these Terms without written consent. BRIDGE may assign them as part of a merger or sale.

  20. Force Majeure

    Neither party is liable for delays or failures beyond its control.

  21. Entire Agreement

    These Terms and referenced policies form the complete agreement between you and BRIDGE.
